Return/Exchange policy
Pantel Tactical will accept returns made within 30 days of shipment. We will exchange your item for credit toward you original method of payment, excluding shipping and handling charges. Some returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Please contact customer service to receive a RMA number and shipping instructions. The customer is responsible for all shipping and tracking of returning items unless return is being made due to a mistake made by Pantel Tactical.
Items should be returned in their original product packaging. All items must be in new unused condition and as such cannot be soiled, worn, or laundered. If we determine that any returned item is not in new unused condition we will return it to you and no refund or exchange will be made.
Exchanges
If you are requesting an exchange you must authorize payment of additional freight charges to reship the item.
Exclusions
We cannot accept merchandise that has been customized to your personal requirements (sewing, alterations). We cannot accept merchandise for return or exchange that has been sold as restricted or as a special close out sale item where it has been noted “all sales are final”. These items will be clearly identified as such.
Warranty
We guarantee all Pantel Tactical products for life. (original owner.)
All Pantel Tactical products carry a lifetime warranty against any defects in materials and workmanship. Repairs or replacements for defects of this nature will be offered free of charge plus shipping. Repairs where Pantel Tactical is not at fault can also be offered for a reasonable price.
What to do if you have a warranty issue with your Pantel Tactical product:

We will then generate an RMA number for your repair. You must have an RMA number before shipping the product. We are not responsible for products shipped to us without an RA number.

Upon inspection, we will inform you of the necessary repairs, and costs associated with the repairs, and an estimate of how long it will take. We will then repair your item and send it back to you.
